Steel Wool and Matches

Get some steel wool...some matches ... and go out on the driveway and
try it! Steel wool will actually burn, quite easily in fact.

Makes camp-fire lighting easy should you get lost, fall into an icy
river, plunge through a frozen pond, or feel like having S'Mores
while hiking.

We carry matches and a votive-type candle.

Actually, instead of matches, I use a 9-volt battery. Just rub the
wool across the nodes, and the steel wool will burn. Not SOS pads,
just steel wool.
